Diet, nutrition, detox, cleanse … we have all heard these words as areas for health and wellness but maybe we don’t have the time to really think about them. What we choose to eat and drink impacts on our day, our week, our careers, family life and importantly our enjoyment life to the full. It can be so overwhelming trying to figure these things out for yourself, whether you are looking to loose weight, put weight on, get more energy, improve your concentration or feel better about yourself. However the truth is modern lifestyle can hinder the best of intentions and many of us do what we can to get through the day. We have so many great foods available to us, with incredible value to our bodies and minds and often we are so unaware of the huge impact of our food and drink choices have on the rest of our lives. It is also important to note that it’s not all about ensuring we have optimum nutrition, our lifestyle impacts on the choices we make and the ability of our bodies to uses these beneficial foods.

Sharon graduated from University and quickly joined the corporate world where she worked across a range of sectors including education, recruitment, FMCGs, development and marketing. However her passion and drive to make health living and lifestyle accessible and most importantly manageable led her to return to the books. She is now a qualified Nutritional Advisor and Coach and at present is studying to become a Nutritional Therapist. Health and wellness is her joy. Her aim is to make the information accessible, cutting out the jargon. Her methods are tailored to individuals, bringing the information to you to decide what you can manage and work with to achieve your health goals.
