Pilates Flow
Pilates flow is a mat based class suitable for all levels , it will increase muscle tone and lengthening the entire body feeling longer, leaner & stronger ! We combined the modern evidence-based physiology with Joseph Pilates original repertoire & philosophy. So in-turn its got a faster feel to the workout !! The class introduces small equipment such as light weights and Pilates balls to enhance exercises And makes the session that bit more interesting and challenging ! The session is 55min and express classes are 45min and you will leave feeling energised and that you definitely workout the  entire body .
