EfaFIT is my own specialised workout on a Saturday morning which has a pick & mix style to the workout,doing Body Blast , Pilates Flow and Barre concept in one workout for 45mins! It’s a low impact class, and has everything in the session you want for a Saturday morning !
30 minutes of Body Blast & Pilates Flow followed by 15 minutes of Barre Concept and stretches with the resistant a band to finish with!!!
