What is Body Blast
This work is a combo of both cardio & conditioning so getting two methods of exercise in one workout! It Will Torch fat in this fun and challenging class which combines using your own bodyweight and cardio to shape your entire body. Aerobic, floor work and resistance exercises using kettle bells, free weights, swiss balls, resistants bands and mat work makes up this full body workouts working all the major muscle groups.

This TOTAL BODY WORKOUT will have your arms, abs, butts and thighs feeling tight! The session is done to upbeat music to motivate u on to the next set/exercise the format is done in a interval training method , which is the most effective way to burn fat and increase lean muscle , and saves time as 45- 55 min class is more than enough to get results !!!

  1. Train quickly and with intensity.
  2.  No rest between the exercises. If you need a rest, keep it to 15-30 seconds.
  3.  Use a weight that challenges you, but allows you to complete all of the reps.
  4. Its for all abilities as equipment can be light for beginners and heavier for the more advance clients
